The basic service is designed to keep a relatively clean, well-functioning system operating at its best. Think of it as the oil change for your car: routine, preventive, and essential.

Deep AC Service (Comprehensive Cleaning): A deep service is a thorough, intensive cleaning that restores a dirty or underperforming AC unit to near-new condition. It takes 60 to 90 minutes per unit and includes everything in the basic service plus the following: the indoor unit housing is partially disassembled to access the evaporator coil directly. The coil is treated with professional-grade chemical cleaner that dissolves years of accumulated dust, grease, mould, and biological growth. The blower fan wheel is removed and degreased, which is particularly important because a dirty fan wheel is one of the biggest causes of poor airflow and reduced cooling. The drain tray is removed, scrubbed, and treated with antimicrobial solution. The outdoor condenser coil is pressure-washed to remove compacted sand and grime. All components are reassembled, and the system is run through a full performance test with documented temperature readings.

He introduces himself, puts on shoe covers, and lays a protective sheet under the indoor unit to catch any drips or debris during the service.

Pre-Service Assessment: Before starting the service, the technician runs the AC unit briefly and takes baseline temperature and performance readings.
