PROTECH Dynamics provides home maintenance, repair, and renovation services in Dubai, including but not limited to:
Quotations: All service quotations are provided after inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Appointments: We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Emergency services are dispatched as quickly as possible.
Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by providing at least 4 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
Workmanship Warranty: All repair work is covered by a 6-month workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no additional cost.
Parts Warranty: Replacement parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 6 to 12 months depending on the component.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, power surges, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

PROTECH Dynamics carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or profit.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
