A turnkey installation means we own the whole job, not just the part where the unit goes on the wall. Every new AC installation runs through the same steps so nothing is missed and the system runs right from day one:

• Site survey: we measure the rooms, check the wall and slab, and plan the indoor and outdoor unit positions and the pipe route.
• Load calculation and tonnage sizing: we work out the cooling load in BTU and set the tonnage to the room, so the unit is neither undersized nor oversized. An oversized AC short-cycles and an undersized one never holds temperature; correct sizing is the single biggest thing that decides whether a new install actually cools.
• Supply: we supply the unit and all the install materials, or we install a unit you have already bought.
• Ducting and pipework: we run the copper refrigerant lines, drainage, and insulation, and for ducted systems we install the concealed duct and grilles.
• Mounting: we fix the indoor unit level on the right anchors for your wall type and set the outdoor condenser on a rated bracket or pad with proper clearance.
• Vacuum and gas charge: we evacuate the lines and charge the system to the manufacturer's spec, so the refrigerant circuit is dry and sealed.
• Commissioning: we run the system, check the temperature split, airflow, drainage, and electrical draw, and confirm it holds the set temperature.
• Handover: we clean up, walk you through the controls, and register the manufacturer warranty on the unit.

Many AC jobs in Dubai are replacements rather than first fits: an old split or ducted system that has stopped cooling, leaks, or costs more to run than it should. We remove the old unit, haul it away, and fit a new one sized to the room rather than blindly matching the old tonnage, which is often wrong for how the space is used today. Where the existing copper and drainage are sound we reuse them; where they are corroded or the wrong size we replace them and tell you why before any work starts. You get a fixed quote for the swap, the haul-away, and any pipework, so a replacement never turns into a surprise on the day.

We install every AC type used in Dubai homes and buildings, and we fit the type to the property, not the other way round:

• Split AC: the standard choice for apartments and single rooms, with one indoor unit and one outdoor condenser.
• Ducted / concealed duct: the villa standard, with a hidden indoor unit feeding cool air through concealed ducting and ceiling grilles for a clean look and even cooling.
• Central AC: whole-home or whole-floor cooling from a single system, common in larger villas and floors.
• Cassette: ceiling-mounted four-way units for offices, shops, and open-plan rooms.
• VRF / VRV: multi-unit systems that run several indoor units off one outdoor system with independent control per room, used in large villas and commercial floors.
• Window AC: the single-box unit for smaller rooms, studios, and outbuildings where a split is not practical.

This is where a new AC installation in Dubai is won or lost, and where most installers are weak. A new unit, or any change to an outdoor condenser, usually needs an approved contractor and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the building management or the developer before work can start, and the electrical side has to meet DEWA connection and compliance rules. As a DEWA-approved contractor we prepare and submit the NOC paperwork your tower or community asks for, coordinate the access, lift booking, and working hours the building sets, and handle the DEWA connection so the install is compliant and signed off. Villa communities and apartment towers each run this differently, and we deal with both, so you are not the one chasing building management for a stamp while the unit sits in a box.

You can have it either way. We supply the unit from any major brand and install it, or you buy your own unit and we do install-only, fitting a system you already have. Both come with the same site survey, load check, and commissioning, so a customer-supplied unit is installed to the same standard as one we supply.

What sets the quote is the work, not a fixed list price. The tonnage and number of units, the length and route of the pipe run, the wall type and whether it needs core drilling, the outdoor unit position and access, and any duct work all move the figure. That is why the page carries no price: we give you one fixed quote after the free site survey, and it holds.

We install AC for offices, retail units, clinics, and other commercial spaces, not just homes. Cassette and concealed-duct systems suit most fit-outs, and VRF / VRV handles multi-room floors where each zone needs its own control. We can work after hours so an install does not stop your trading, coordinate with the building's facilities team, and tie the AC into a wider fit-out where one is running. The DEWA connection and building NOC are handled the same way as a residential job.

Moving home does not mean leaving a good AC behind. We dismantle your existing unit, recover the refrigerant properly, transport the indoor and outdoor units, and reinstall them at the new address, with fresh brackets, new pipework where the old run cannot be reused, a vacuum, and a recharge before we test it. Relocation is a different job from a new install, priced on the two addresses and the pipe run, and we quote it as its own line so a move stays predictable.

Every new unit carries its manufacturer warranty, which we register for you at handover.

A new AC installation from PROTECH carries a six-month workmanship warranty on the installation work, alongside the manufacturer warranty on the unit itself. The workmanship warranty covers the fit: the mounting, the pipework and drainage, the charge, and the commissioning we carried out. The manufacturer warranty covers the unit's own parts to the maker's terms. We register the manufacturer warranty at handover so both are in place from day one.
