An annual maintenance contract (AMC) puts your Dubai home on a fixed yearly plan instead of one-off call-outs. One contract covers AC servicing, plumbing, and electrical checks across the year, with priority response when something breaks. PROTECH Dynamics runs three AMC tiers for apartments and villas: Bronze at AED 999 a year, Silver at AED 1,999, and Gold at AED 3,999. You pay once for the year and book visits when you need them.

An AMC bundles the trades a Dubai home needs across a year into one plan:

• AC servicing and coil checks before and during the summer load
• Plumbing checks: taps, mixers, drains, and water-heater inspection
• Electrical checks: DB board, sockets, and fittings
• Handyman visits for the small fixes that add up over a year
• Priority booking when an AC, plumbing, or electrical fault turns into an emergency

Each tier is billed once for the twelve-month term. Parts and replacement materials are quoted separately when a repair needs them.

Villas carry more AC tonnage, more bathrooms, and more outdoor fittings than an apartment, so they need more scheduled visits across the year. The Gold annual maintenance contract at AED 3,999 is built for villas and larger homes: full-year AC, plumbing, and electrical cover with priority response.
